“Love Your Infrastructure” T-shirt — $20 t-shirt (image)

This T-shirt features an offset woodblock print of the Hawthorne Bridge, as created by artist Craig Conahan. The image captures the creative spirit of the festival while paying homage to the oldest vertical lift bridge in the country. The back of the shirt features the slogan, “Know your infrastructure, love your infrastructure,” since bridges—like all good infrastructure—bring us together! 100% cotton shirts available for both men and women in natural (organic cotton) and stone green colors.

2010 Hawthorne Bridge Centennial Calendar — $10

This full-color calendar features the work of 49 Portland-area artists who have used the Hawthorne Bridge as the subject of oil paintings, watercolors, woodblock prints, tapestry, photographs (B&W and color), digital art, metalwork, sculpture, and poetry. There is even a silkscreen of the bridge printed with locally harvested walnut oil! Wholesale discounts available on orders of 10 or more. Also available at these local businesses!

Steel Bridge Belt Buckle — $275

When local jewelry designer Lolo showed us her custom Steel Bridge belt buckle it was love at first sight!  “The river—and symbolically the bridges—are incredibly special to me personally,” she says, “and in that spirit, I created a sterling silver belt buckle as a tribute. It celebrates not only the Steel Bridge, but Oregon as well, with Portland especially highlighted by an Oregon Sunstone set in it’s place.” Weighing in at 3.5 ounces of pure silver with a mirror finish, the belt buckle also features a 4mm faceted gem that is mined locally. The buckle measures approximately 3″ x 2.25″, and can fit belt straps up to 1.5″ wide. Each piece is made special for the buyer, so please allow two weeks for delivery.

“Hawthorne Bridge” Woodcut (limited edition) —$200

Craig Conahan’s iconic woodcut of the Hawthorne Bridge has become something of a favorite around here. Not only did we make it the centerfold of the 2010 calendar and turn it into a shirt, we also use it on our letterhead! We think you’ll love it too, which is why we are offering a limited edition, handmade print of the image on archival paper. Also available framed.

About the art: Woodcut with Chine-colle on archival paper. 19×38 inches.

It would be great if the link for the calendar could be fixed. :)

Additionally, I’m attempting to add a bumper sticker and a t-shirt to “my cart” and it keeps sending me to Paypal with no apparent transaction in progress. :(
